Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. We quality check items (unless packaging is sealed) prior to shipping.

Only submit a RETURN request if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • Received damaged items
  • Manufacture defects
  • Missing items from your order

***RETURN request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.

If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a RETURN request within 7 days of the delivery received date.

Defective Item

If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a RETURN request within 7 days of the delivery received date marked by the carrier, and provide a photo(s) of the defective item and the packing slip.

If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us. 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to keep defected product as they will be required to be returned and as photo evidence will be required. Photos will be asked to be submitted once the RETURN process has begun. 

How to submit RETURN request:

  • Subject Line: [Order Number] and "Return Request"
  • Make sure to fill out Name, Email, and Phone Number.
  • In the messages box include the following:
    • Order #
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Picture(s) of defective merchandise.

    IMPORTANT: If return/exchange is approved, you will receive instructions for the return/exchange process via email. If you do not use our return shipping labels, we will not issue a refund. This is how our system tracks and verify exchanges and returns for refunds.

    If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
     
    Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any exchange or return if you are attempting to return or exchange merchandise that is more than 7 days from order delivery date, per our policy.
     
    Orders that have already been placed are not eligible for price adjustments.
     
    Shipping fee is ONLY refunded if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Nail Ink.

    $15 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of shipping and handling. The original shipping costs and Route Protection charges are non-refundable.
